✅ MPESB SI & Subedar Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria:
Nationality: Candidate must be a citizen of India. Candidates from other states can generally apply only under Unreserved (Open) category. Reservation / age relaxation benefits are mainly for MP domicile candidates.
Educational Qualification:
- Subedar: Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University.
- Sub Inspector (SAF): Graduation in any discipline.
- Sub Inspector (DEF): Graduation in any discipline.
- Sub Inspector (Arms): Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Sub Inspector (Photo / Questioned Document / Finger Print): Graduation with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.
Age Limit (as on 23.09.2026): Maximum 33 years for UR / EWS male (MP domicile) and other-state candidates. Relaxation as per MP Government rules:
- MP domicile Female (all categories): up to 38 years
- MP domicile Male SC/ST/OBC: up to 38 years
- Eligible Government / Corporation / Board employees & Nagar Sainik: up to 38 years
- Eligible inter-caste marriage / Vikram Award cases: additional relaxation as per notification (up to 43 years in specified cases)
Other Conditions: Candidates having more than two children, of whom any one is born on or after 26 January 2001, are generally not eligible as per the notification.

PET (indicative): 800 Metre Race, Long Jump and Shot Put (total 100 marks as per reported scheme). Male physical standard generally includes minimum height 167.5 cm and chest 81–86 cm (5 cm expansion). Detailed PMT/PET standards are given in the official notification.
