The engagement is purely contractual and not against any permanent vacancy. Young Professionals will be engaged initially for two years, which may be extended on a yearly basis for a maximum of two more years, subject to performance and company requirement. Selected candidates will have no claim to regular employment in HMT Limited.

The selection will be conducted as follows:

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. Outstation candidates attending the interview in person will be paid To and Fro II Class train fare by the shortest route on production of journey proof.
