Fresh Law Graduate / Post Graduate from a BCI-recognised University/College OR student in the 5th year of a 5-year Law course / final year of a 3-year LL.B. course. All examinations must be passed in the first attempt with at least 60% aggregate marks. Final-year students must pass LL.B. before engagement. Preference for computer-proficient candidates. |
Candidates currently pursuing a Post Graduate degree in Law or any other programme that requires compulsory attendance are not eligible. No prior work experience is compulsory. A practising advocate must attach a recommendation from a designated Senior Advocate. Other candidates must attach a recommendation from the Head of the last Law School / College / University attended.
