✅ OFDR DBW Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Ex-Apprentices of AOCP Trade or its feeder trades (IMCP, MMCP, LACP, PPO, Fitter General, Machinist, Turner, Sheet Metal Worker, Electrician, Electronic Mechanic, Boiler Attendant, Mechanic Industrial Electronics, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic). Apprentices from Ordnance Factories or Government/Private organizations affiliated to Government ITI are eligible. Must possess NCVT/NAC certificate.
- Age Limit (as on last date of receipt of applications): 18 to 40 years.
- Age Relaxation: SC/ST – 05 years, OBC (NCL) – 03 years, Ex-Servicemen – Period of Military Service + 03 years.
✅ OFDR DBW Salary 2026:
- Basic Pay: ₹19,900 + Dearness Allowance (DA)
- Other benefits include Central DA, House Rent Allowance (HRA where company quarters are unavailable), annual increment of 3% on satisfactory performance, EPF benefits, Bonus (if applicable), Company holidays, Risk Allowance and Night Duty Allowance (as per rules when applicable).
