- Program Director (PD):
Master’s Degree in Science / Management / Technology or equivalent with 10 years post-qualification experience
OR Bachelor’s Degree with 12 years post-qualification experience in the relevant field. - Deputy Program Director (DPD):
Master’s Degree with 6 years experience
OR Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years post-qualification experience. - Program Executive (PE):
Master’s Degree with 2 years experience
OR Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years post-qualification experience. - Deputy Program Executive (DPE):
Master’s Degree (experience not mandatory)
OR Bachelor’s Degree with 1 year post-qualification experience. - Relevant Experience Required in any of the following: Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Business Development / Strategic Partnerships, Program Management, Grant Management, Consulting, Communications & Outreach, Design & Implementation of Challenges / Hackathons, Product Management, IT Operations, Project Management, Finance / Accounting, etc.

- Shortlisting of applications based on eligibility

- Initial Contract Period: 3 years (extendable by up to 2 more years based on requirement and satisfactory performance). Further extension possible in exceptional cases with DIO Board approval.
- Consultancy Fee: Consolidated monthly fee as shown in the vacancy table (inclusive of all taxes). Annual increment up to 10% based on appraisal.
- Engagement is purely contractual and does not confer any right for regular or permanent absorption in DIO.
