- Executive (Engineering): Full-time B.E./B.Tech in relevant discipline (Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical / Computer Science etc.) with minimum 60% marks + 2 to 7 years post-qualification experience in fertilizer / petrochemical / refinery industry.
- IT (SAP Modules): B.E./B.Tech in CS/IT with 60% + relevant SAP FICO/MM/SD experience (4–7 years). SAP certification preferred.
- HR: MBA/MSW/PG Diploma in HR/Personnel Management with 60% + 2–4 years experience.
- Marketing: B.Sc (Agri) + M.Sc / B.Tech + MBA (Marketing/Agribusiness) with 60% + relevant experience.
- Medical (FTC): MBBS + Industrial Health Certificate/Diploma + relevant experience.
- Non-Executive: 3-year Diploma in relevant branch or B.Sc (PCM) with minimum 50% marks + 5 years experience in fertilizer/process industry.
