Selected candidates will be placed in the following pay scales as per 7th CPC:
- Assistant General Manager (Finance): Pay Level-10 (₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500)
- Assistant Manager / Assistant Manager (Agriculture): Pay Level-6 (₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400)
In addition to basic pay, DA, HRA, TA, Medical facilities, NPS, Leave Travel Concession and other Central Government perks will be admissible as per rules.

- Assistant General Manager (Finance): Maximum 35 years
- Assistant Manager / Assistant Manager (Agriculture): Maximum 30 years

- APEDA Regular Employees (3+ years service): 5 years
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Assistant General Manager (Finance): Post Graduate in Finance / Financial Management / MBA (Finance) OR Chartered Accountant (ICAI) with minimum 5 years post-qualification experience.
- Assistant Manager / Assistant Manager (Agriculture): Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Plantation, Agriculture Engineering, Food Technology, Food Science, Dairy Technology, Food Processing or related disciplines from a recognized University/Institution.
