Age Limit (as on 01.01.2026): 21 – 32 years (5 years relaxation for SC/ST, 10 years for PwBD, additional for Ph.D & Govt employees as per rules)

- Assistant Professor: Master’s Degree with minimum 55% marks + NET/Ph.D (relaxable by 5% for SC/ST)
- Lecturer (Technical Education): B.E/B.Tech with 60% / 1st Class or M.Sc with 60%
- PGT / Graduate Teacher: Post Graduate / Graduate with 50% marks + B.Ed (relaxable by 5% for SC/ST)
