✅ NPS Trust Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification & Experience (as on 28.02.2026):
- Executive Posts: Full-time Graduation (min. 60% marks). Desirable: MBA / PGDM / M.Com / CA (Inter) / Law. Minimum 3 years relevant experience in BFSI / customer service / claims / media (pension sector preferred).
- Senior Executive Posts: Relevant Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree (60% marks). Minimum 3-5 years experience in Marketing, IT Operations, Network, HR, or Legal field.
- Analyst / Senior Analyst Posts: CA / MBA / PGDM / M.Com / CFA / FRM with relevant experience in investment analysis, compliance, audit, or performance monitoring in financial sector.
Age Limit:

23-35 years for Executive/Analyst and 25-40 years for Senior Executive/Senior Analyst (relaxation as per rules for reserved categories / PwBD).
