HLL Lifecare Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification & Experience: 

Manager (Government Business Division)

  • Qualification: Graduation in Engineering / B.Pharm / MBA / PGDM / MSW / other professional qualification from recognized university.

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant hands-on experience. (Desirable: Healthcare/government sales, tenders, contracts, liaisoning with govt. agencies.)

Business Head – Mental Health Division

  • Qualification: Postgraduate in Psychology / Psychiatry / MSW (Medical & Psychiatry) / MBA (Public Health / Hospital Administration / Business Management / Administration).

  • Experience: Deputy Vice President: Minimum 12 years professional experience in healthcare/public health/mental health services with operational leadership (PPP/CSR/startup exposure preferred). Deputy General Manager: Minimum 10 years professional experience in similar fields (PPP/CSR/startup exposure preferred).

Assistant Manager (Quality Clinical Lab Services)

  • Qualification: Postgraduate in Medical Laboratory Technology / Microbiology / Biochemistry / Biotechnology
    OR Graduation in Medical Laboratory Technology / Medical Microbiology / Medical Biochemistry / BMRT.

  • Experience: PG: Minimum 3 years in NABL-accredited lab. Graduate: Minimum 5 years in NABL-accredited lab. Mandatory training in ISO 15189 & Laboratory QMS.

Assistant Manager (Production)

  • Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Production Engineering.

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in production operations (hygiene products / FMCG / process industries).

Age Limit: (as on 01/02/2026)

  • Manager (Government Business Division): Maximum 40 years
  • Business Head – Mental Health Division: Maximum 45 years
  • Assistant Manager (Quality Clinical Lab Services): Maximum 37 years
  • Assistant Manager (Production): Maximum 37 years
