UCADA Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria:
Senior Pilot (01 Post):

Qualification: Graduate in any field + Valid CHPL

Experience: Retired from active command within last 3 years in leadership role with Chardham shuttle operations experience.
Operation Manager (02 Posts):
-
Qualification: Bachelor’s in Aviation Management/Aeronautical Engg./Aviation Security or related + Fluent in English/Hindi (Garhwali preferred).

Experience: Minimum 05 years in aviation operations including 02 years managing helicopter ops in mountainous/high altitude areas.
Aviation Engineer (02 Posts):

Qualification: Engineering Graduate in Mechanical/Aerospace/Aeronautical.

Experience: Minimum 05 years in aviation sector in maintenance & operations role.
Assistant Manager (Operations) (05 Posts):

Qualification: Bachelor’s in Aviation Management/Aeronautical Engg. or related.

Experience: Minimum 05 years in helicopter operations/airside coordination in high-tempo/mountain environments + Expertise in VFR planning, crew rostering, slot management, weight-balance, manifests, emergency protocols.
