NALSA DISHA Scheme Consultants Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria:
Program Manager (LLLAP):
- Age Limit: Not more than 45 years as on date of publication
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law OR Bachelor’s in Social Science from recognized University
- Experience: Minimum 05 years working experience in Govt. of India / Ministries / Departments / State Govt. / PSUs having handled projects/schemes with Pan India or Pan State implications, preferably on development projects with rural communities and civil society organizations at village/block/district level. Prior experience in result-based management, monitoring & evaluation framework, financial monitoring, reporting, and documentation. Good analytical, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Program Associate:
- Age Limit: Not more than 40 years as on date of publication
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Experience: Freshers may apply; knowledge in social/development sector preferable, especially on-ground work with partners including social enterprises etc. will be given preference.
Office Assistant (Admin):
- Age Limit: Not more than 40 years as on date of publication
- Qualification: Bachelor degree in any discipline/subject. Preference to candidates having Diploma in Computer Applications/Science or Secretariat practice.
- Experience: Minimum 02 years working experience in Govt. Sector / Ministries / Departments / PSUs / State Govts. Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.). Good analytical, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
