✅ Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree (minimum 3 years duration) from a recognized University/Institute.
- Experience:
• Retired/Serving Officers from Armed/Paramilitary Forces at the rank of Major or above (or equivalent) with minimum 03 years experience at that rank.
OR
• Retired/Serving Police Officers at the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police (Dy. SP) or above with minimum 06 years experience at that level. - Preference: Candidates with experience in Law & Order, Fire Fighting, Cyber Security, Crowd Control, and Rescue Operations.
✅ Compensation & Benefits:
- Consolidated Pay: ₹ 1,00,000/- per month
- Annual Increment: 5% on satisfactory performance
- Medical Allowance: ₹ 1,000/- per month (fixed)
- Leave: 10 days Casual Leave per year + 2 days Earned Leave per month
- Accommodation: Company accommodation on nominal charges (subject to availability)
