✅ Age Limit (as on 01/11/2025):
- Not more than 63 years. (VRS retirees considered after 60 years; Ex-Servicemen exceptions apply, max tenure till 65 years)
✅ Consolidated Emoluments:
- Rs. 40,000/- per month + HRA, Transport Allowance (10% of fee), Mobile charges (up to Rs. 2,000), TA/DA on tours.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
- Retired from PSUs/Autonomous Bodies/Central/State Govt./Statutory Bodies (BHEL equiv. Artisan level or above).
- Qualification: Full-time Diploma (minimum) in Pharmacy.
- Experience: Minimum 20 years in pharmacy area (as on 01/11/2025).
- No major punishments as per policy.
