- Asst. Controller of Examination: Holding analogous post OR 5 years regular service in PB-3 GP ₹5400 or higher.
- Nursing Superintendent: Holding analogous post OR Deputy/Asst. Nursing Superintendent with 5 years in GP ₹5400.
- Accounts Officer: Holding analogous post OR 2/3 years regular service in GP ₹4800/₹4600.
