✅ Eligibility Criteria:
- Officers under the Central Government/ State Government or Universities / recognised Research Institutions / Union Territories or Public Sector Undertakings / Semi-Government, Statutory or Autonomous Organisation.
- Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/ department.
