SPAV Recruitment Educational Qualifications:
- Registrar: Master’s degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade ‘B’ in UGC 7-point scale, plus 15 years relev.
- Assistant Registrar: For Direct - Master’s with 55% or equivalent, good academic record; OR 5 years as Section Officer or equivalent in govt/semi-govt/autonomous/university. For Deputation - 5 years as Section Officer or equivalent, preferably in govt/semi-govt/university. Desirable: Higher technical/educational admin experience, GoI rules familiarity.
- Assistant Registrar (Finance): Master’s with 5 years as Section Officer; OR Bachelor’s with 7 years admin/secretarial in govt/semi-govt/university.
- Graphic Designer / Sr. Technical Assistant (Publication): Master’s in Design or PG Diploma in Design with 2 years in publishing/research, knowledge of Adobe CS/Corel/Quark. Desirable: New media platforms.
- Personal Assistant: Bachelor’s degree, diploma in Stenography/Secretarial Practice, 100/40 w.p.m. English shorthand/typing, computer knowledge, 3 years secretarial/clerical experience, Certificate/Diploma in Computer Applications. Desirable: Office management in govt educational institutions.
- Junior Superintendent (Technical): B.E. (Computer Science/IT) or B.Tech (Remote Sensing) with 3 years experience. Desirable: Photogrammetry/remote sensing projects.
