- Lower Division Clerk: 12th class pass + typing speed of 35 w.p.m. (English) or 30 w.p.m. (Hindi) on computer.
- Personal Assistant: 3-year Bachelor’s degree + computer literacy + 120 w.p.m. shorthand speed (English/Hindi).
