- Senior Officer: ₹60,000–₹1,80,000 (CTC ~₹21.26 Lakh)
- Assistant Manager: ₹70,000–₹2,00,000 (CTC ~₹25.65 Lakh)
- Chief Manager: ₹1,00,000–₹2,60,000 (CTC ~₹39.04 Lakh)
- DGM / GM / CGM: ₹1,20,000–₹2,80,000 (CTC ~₹48.28 Lakh)

✔️ Age Limit:
- CGM: 54 years (21 yrs experience)
- GM: 51 years (18 yrs experience)
- DGM: 48 years (15 yrs experience)
- Chief Manager: 45 years (12 yrs experience)
- Assistant Manager: 33/36 years (3/6 yrs experience)
- Senior Officer: 30/33 years (3/0 yrs experience)
- Age Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 yrs, OBCNC – 3 yrs, PwBD – 10-15 yrs, Ex-Servicemen – 5 yrs, J&K Domicile (1980–1989) – 5 yrs
- Maximum Age (with relaxations): 56 years
✔️ Educational Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in relevant fields (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Microbiology, etc.) or M.E./M.Tech./B.E./B.Tech. in specified disciplines (Chemical, Mechanical, Energy, etc.) with min. 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- MBA preferred for Vendor Development/ Sourcing and Technology Licensing roles. Ph.D. experience counted post-thesis defense. Courses must be AICTE/UGC/AIU recognized.
✔️ Work Experience: Relevant supervisory/executive experience in specialized areas (Lubes, Analytical, Bio Process, Solar Energy, etc.). Research experience post-qualification considered. Preference for patents/publications in high-impact journals.
