✅ Pay Scale (Monthly Salary):
✔️ Executive Finance: ₹90,000/- (Fixed) + 12 Casual Leave (CL) per year
✔️ Consultant (Accounts): Minimum pay scale last applicable to PSU employees or equivalent CTC for private sector employees + 12 Casual Leave (CL) per year
✔️ Company Secretary: ₹1,20,000/- (Fixed) + 12 Casual Leave (CL) per year
✔️ Additional allowances as per AWEIL rules.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
Age Limit (as on 01/07/2025):
✔️ Up to 64 years for all posts.
Educational Qualifications:
✔️ Executive Finance: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) or Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI), and must be an associate/fellow member of ICAI/ICMAI. Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience (excluding articleship, verified by membership certificate).
✔️ Consultant (Accounts): Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost Accountant (CMA), full-time MBA (Finance), CA-Inter, CMA-Inter, M.Com, or B.Com with a good academic record. Relevant experience required.
✔️ Company Secretary: Passed the final examination of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), must be an associate/fellow member of ICSI, with minimum 7 years post-qualification experience.
