✅ NPCIL Apprentice Stipend:
Trade Apprentice: ₹ 7700 – 8050/- per month
Diploma Apprentice: ₹ 14,000/- per month
Graduate Apprentice: ₹ 16,000/- per month
✅ NPCIL Apprentice Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Age Limit (as on 21/07/2025):
Trade Apprentice: 16 to 24 Years
Diploma Apprentice: 18 to 25 Years
Graduate Apprentice: 20 to 28 Years
Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), 10 years for PwBD (additional relaxation as per rules).
✔️ Educational Qualifications:
Trade Apprentice: ITI in relevant trade from a recognized institution. For Welder, 8th pass with ITI is required.
Diploma Apprentice: Diploma in Engineering or Technology in relevant discipline from a recognized State Council/ Board/ University/ Institute.
Graduate Apprentice: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in relevant discipline from a recognized University/ Institute.
✔️ Physical Standards:
(1) Height: Minimum 137 cm
(2) Weight: Minimum 25.4 kg
(3) Chest expansion: Minimum 3.8 cm (not applicable for female candidates)
(4) Vision: No evidence of morbid condition in eyes or eyelids.
✅ NPCIL Apprentice Selection Process:
✔️ Selection will be merit-based, based on marks obtained in ITI/Diploma/Graduation. Priority will be given to:
(1) Land Losers
(2) Local candidates (Radhapuram Taluk)
(3) Tirunelveli District
(4) Tamil Nadu
(5) Others
In case of a tie, older candidates will be preferred.

➢ Candidates must register on the respective portals before applying:
Trade Apprentices: National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme 2.0 (NAPS 2.0) portal (www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in)
Diploma and Graduate Apprentices: National Apprenticeship Training Scheme 2.0 (NATS 2.0) portal (www.nats.education.gov.in)
➢ Fill the application form, affix a passport-size photograph, and attach self-attested copies of required documents.
➢ Send the duly-filled application by post to: Senior Manager (HRM), Kudankulam Nuclear Power Project, Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited, Kudankulam PO, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District, Tamil Nadu – 627106 on or before 31/07/2025 (Thursday).
