✅ NALCO Non Executive 2026 Pay Scale & Benefits
Salary varies according to Grade of the post:
- T0 Grade: ₹29,500 – ₹70,000 (Operator Grade III, Technician Grade III, Mining Mate etc.)
- S0 Grade: ₹36,500 – ₹1,15,000 (Junior Foreman posts)
SUPT (JOT) posts will undergo 12 months SUPT + 18 months JOT training with stipend as per rules.

- Junior Foreman (Mines): Diploma in Mining + valid Mining Foreman Certificate + 2 years experience
- Junior Foreman (Electrical): Diploma in Electrical Engg. + Electrical Supervisor Competency Certificate + 2 years experience
- SUPT (JOT) & Operator / Technician posts: 10th Pass + ITI in relevant trade (Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/Fitter) with Apprenticeship Certificate (B.Sc. for Laboratory)
