✅ MPIDC Assistant Salary:
Assistant Grade-1: Rs. 28,700 – Rs. 91,300/- per month (Pay Matrix Level-7)
Assistant Grade-2: Rs. 25,300 – Rs. 80,500/- per month (Pay Matrix Level-7)
✅ MPIDC Assistant Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Age Limit:
Minimum: 21 Years, Maximum: 30 Years (Up to 35 Years with relaxation for SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), Women, and regular employees of MP Government/Corporations).
✔️ Educational Qualifications:
Assistant Grade-1: Any Graduate from a recognized university. Candidates must demonstrate Hindi/ English typing skills during the probation period.
Assistant Grade-2: Matric + 12th Pass from a recognized board along with Hindi / English Stenography or Diploma in Computer Application and sufficieny Knowledge of Online Work.
✅ MPIDC Assistant Selection Process:
✔️ Online Academic Assessment Test (100 objective-type questions, 400 marks, 2 hours duration, 1 mark negative for wrong answers).
✔️ Category-wise merit list based on test scores, with tie-breakers using Date of Birth, 10th passing year, Graduation passing year, and 10th marks.
