✅ KIAL Junior Operator (Fire) Remuneration:
₹ 25,000/- per month (consolidated). Non-BTC candidates will receive ₹ 10,000/- monthly stipend during mandatory fire training.

✔️ Age Limit (as on 30/04/2025):
Maximum 24 years. Age relaxation: 3 years for BTC/ICAO course-qualified candidates, 5 years for evictee category and ex-servicemen.
✔️ Educational Qualifications:
(1) Matriculation + 12th Pass with 50% marks (pass mark for evictee category).
(2) Desirable: Basic Training Certificate (BTC) or equivalent based on ICAO syllabus in Airport Fire Fighting.
(3) Valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) License; candidates must obtain HMV License within one year of appointment.
✔️ Physical Fitness Requirements:
(1) Height: Minimum 167 cm (male), 165 cm (evictee male), 162 cm (female).
(2) Chest: Normal 81 cm with 5 cm expansion (male only).
(3) Weight: Minimum 55 kg (male), 45 kg (female).
(4) Eyesight: 6/6 distance vision, N-5 near vision (both eyes without glasses), normal color vision (Ishihara’s Charts).
(5) Hearing/Speech: Normal.
(6) Disqualifications: Physical deformity, chronic diseases, color/night blindness, squint eye, flat foot, bow legs, knocking knees, refractive error, or major operations impairing fitness.
