✅ Pay Scale:
Level 10 (₹ 56,100 – ₹ 1,77,500, 7th CPC) + usual allowances for Central Govt. employees.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Age Limit (as on 07/07/2025): 21–35 years for Radio Therapy, not exceeding 35 years for Nuclear Medicine. Relaxations: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PwBD, 5 years for Govt. Servants/Ex-Servicemen, 8 years for OBC Govt. Employees (5+3), 10 years for SC/ST Govt. Employees (5+5) per DoPT rules.
✔️ Educational Qualifications & Experience:
Medical Physicist (Radio Therapy):
1. M.Sc. in Medical Physics or equivalent from a recognized University/Institution. OR
2. M.Sc. in Physics + Post-Graduate Diploma/Degree in Radiological/Medical Physics from a recognized University/Institution. OR
3. M.Sc. in Medical Technology (Radiotherapy specialization) + Diploma in Radiation Protection.
Experience: 2 years in a hospital’s Radiotherapy Department.
Medical Physicist (Nuclear Medicine):
1. M.Sc. in Nuclear Medicine Technology from a recognized University/Institution.
2. RSO Level-II Certification recognized by AERB.
✅ Selection Process:
✔️ Screening of applications based on bio-data by Screening Committee.
✔️ Shortlisted candidates called for Interview at AIIMS Bathinda (or another location as decided).
✔️ Screening Test may be conducted if many eligible candidates apply.
✔️ Document verification.

✔️ ₹ 2,360 (₹ 2,000 + 18% GST) for General/EWS/OBC candidates, payable online via SBI Payment Gateway.
✔️ No fee for SC/ ST/P wBD/ Ex-Servicemen.
