✔️ Company Secretary & GM-Legal (HCIL):
Qualification: Fellow/Associate Member of ICSI + LLB or equivalent from a reputed institute.
Experience: 8 years in Secretarial Department of a Central/State/PSU/Private Ltd. Company, including 2 years assisting as Company Secretary, with legal coordination experience; preference for Law Advisory firm coordination.
Age Limit: 50 years (relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, per GoI rules).
✔️ Manager-Legal & Corporate (AIAHL):
Qualification: LLB or MBA (full-time) with specialization in Legal/Regulatory matters; preference for LLM or CS with LLB.
Experience: 5 years post-qualification, including 2 years as Senior Officer/Middle Manager (E-2 or equivalent in PSU, or equivalent in private sector), in legal/corporate governance/compliance.

Qualification: Graduate in Personnel Management/HR/BBA (specialization in HR/IR) or MBBS; preference for MBBS.
