✔️ Sepoy: Max 45 years.
✔️ Hav/Nk/L Nk (NCO, Ministerial): Max 50 years.
✔️ No engagement beyond 60 years.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
(1) Qualification & Experience:
Sepoy/NCO: Ex-Army/Ex-CAPF, retired within 5 years (by 20.11.2024), honorably discharged.
Ministerial (JC/Steno): Ex-Army/Ex-Air Force/Ex-Navy/Ex-Coast Guard/Ex-CAPF, retired within 5 years (by 20.11.2024), honorably discharged.
(2) Other Requirements:
Medical Category: SHAPE-1 (Psychiatric, Hearing, Appendages, Physical, Eyesight) at discharge; good health at engagement (verified by Medical Officer).
Character: Good & above.
No criminal convictions, major punishments, or pending criminal cases.
✅ Selection Process:
✔️ Engagement Drive: Every Monday (07:00 AM) at SOG Headquarters, Chandaka, Bhubaneswar (next working day if holiday).
✔️ Tests: Document verification, Medical Test, Physical Test (4 KM run in 45 minutes), Interview.
✔️ Documents (original + self-attested copies): Pension Payment Order, Discharge Book, Ex-Servicemen ID Card, Aadhar Card.
✔️ Selected candidates intimated for joining post-document/antecedent verification.
✅ Application Fee:
✔️ Nil (No application fee required).

➢ Attend Engagement Drive every Monday from 28.04.2025 at 07:00 AM at Special Operations Group, Odisha Police, Chandaka, Bhubaneswar, PIN-751024.
➢ Submit prescribed application form with original and self-attested copies of: Pension Payment Order, Discharge Book, Ex-Servicemen ID Card, Aadhar Card.
➢ Engagement: 1 year, extendable by 1 year (up to age 60), terminable with 30 days’ notice if unsuitable.
➢ Duties: Anti-naxal operations or other tasks as assigned by DGP, Odisha. Wear prescribed uniform/badges.
➢ Benefits: Uniform Allowance, Ex-Gratia (for death/incapacitation), 15 days special leave/year.
