✅ Age Limit:
✔️ Senior Faculty: Maximum 50 years as on 17/06/2025.
✔️ Associate Senior Faculty: Maximum 45 years as on 17/06/2025.
✔️ Faculty: Maximum 40 years as on 17/06/2025.
Relaxations as per Govt. of India rules for reserved categories (SC/ST/PwD). Up to 3 years age relaxation for NID regular/confirmed employees. Additional relaxation for exceptional candidates or those in analogous positions at national institutions.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Senior Faculty (Level 12, Rs. 78,800-2,09,200/-): Ph.D./M.Des or equivalent in Design or related subject with 15 years of experience in Design Industry/Design Education, OR B.Des or equivalent with 18 years of experience.
✔️ Associate Senior Faculty (Level 11, Rs. 67,700-2,08,700/-): Ph.D./M.Des or equivalent in Design or related subject with 10 years of experience in Design Industry/Design Education, OR B.Des or equivalent with 13 years of experience.
✔️ Faculty (Level 9, Rs. 53,100-1,67,800/-): Ph.D./M.Des or equivalent in Design or related subject with 5 years of experience in Design Industry/Design Education, OR B.Des or equivalent with 8 years of experience.
✅ Selection Process:
✔️ Interview.
✔️ Elimination tests may be conducted if the number of applicants is large.
✅ Application Fee:
✔️ ₹ 500/- for General/OBC candidates.
✔️ ₹ 250/- for SC/ST/PwD candidates.
✔️ The Fees are non-refundable, payable through Online Payment mode.
