✅ Age Limit:
E02: Maximum 35 years, E03: Maximum 38 years as on 13/06/2025. Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NCL, 10 years for PwBD (UR), 13 years for PwBD (OBC-NCL), 15 years for PwBD (SC/ST), as per Government guidelines. Ex-Servicemen and children/family members of 1984 riot victims get relaxation as per norms. Maximum age including relaxations not to exceed 56 years. No upper age limit for internal candidates on immediate lower pay scale.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Specialist (E02):
MD/MS or recognized Post MBBS Diploma in Orthopedic, Pediatric, Ophthalmology, or Radiology from a UGC/AICTE-recognized Indian University/Institute. No experience required.
✔️ Specialist (E03):
MD/MS or recognized Post MBBS Diploma in Pediatric, Ophthalmology, or Radiology from a UGC/AICTE-recognized Indian University/Institute. Minimum 3 years of post-MD/MS/Diploma experience as a Specialist Doctor in Government/PSU or reputed/leading hospitals/organizations. For self-practice, valid medical registration and clinic/nursing home registration for the specified period required. SC candidates get 1-year experience relaxation, subject to vacancy availability.

✔️ Shortlisting based on information/declarations in the online application.
✔️ Final selection based on performance in Personal Interview.
