✔️ Educational Qualifications & Experience:
Digital Content Creators:
(1) Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, or related field.
(2) Experience: Proven experience in developing multimedia content for training courses (preferably corporate/educational setting).
(3) Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop), Articulate 360, or similar tools; strong communication, visual design, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple projects.
Instructional Designer:
(1) Essential: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
(2) Experience: Proven experience in instructional design and e-learning content development.
(3) Skills: Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate); understanding of adult learning principles, pedagogical techniques, UX design, accessibility standards (WCAG); strong communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
