Not specified. As per UGC/University of Delhi norms.
✔️ Educational Qualifications:
Option A: Master’s degree with 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in the relevant subject from an Indian University or accredited foreign university, plus NET qualification (exemptions for Ph.D. holders as per UGC regulations). (OR)
Option B: Ph.D. from a foreign university ranked in the top 500 by QS, THE, or ARWU.
✅ Selection Process:
✔️ Screening: Applications evaluated on a 100-point academic score (Graduation, Post-Graduation, M.Phil./Ph.D., NET/JRF, publications, experience, awards). Minimum 55 marks (50 for SC/ST/PwBD) to qualify.
✔️ Shortlisting: 40 candidates for the first vacancy, 20 per additional vacancy per category, plus eligible ad-hoc faculty (2022-23).
✔️ Presentation: Assessed by a committee (graded A-E, indicative only).
✔️ Interview: Conducted by Selection Committee; final merit based on interview performance.
✅ Application Fee:
✔️ ₹ 500/- for UR/ OBC/ EWS candidates.
✔️ No fee for SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Women candidates.
✔️ Payment via online mode (credit/debit card/Net Banking), non-refundable.
