The IOCL Apprentice 2025 Online Application Form is open from May 3, 2025, to June 2, 2025. Candidates must register on the NAPS/NATS portal and complete the application on the IOCL portal. Document verification is tentatively scheduled from June 16 to June 24, 2025.

No written test for IOCL Apprentice 2025. Selection is based on:
- Merit List: Based on aggregate marks in the qualifying exam (all semesters/years).
- Tie-Breaker: Older candidates rank higher; if ages are equal, higher matriculation marks are considered.
- Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates must submit original and self-attested copies of certificates (e.g., 10th/12th marksheets, degree/diploma, caste/disability certificates).
- Medical Fitness: Candidates must pass a pre-engagement medical examination.

The IOCL Apprentice 2025 application process involves two steps:
➢ Step I: Register on NAPS/NATS Portal
- For Codes 101, 102, 103, 108, 109, 110, 111: Register on NAPS portal.
- For Codes 104, 105, 106, 107: Register on NATS portal.
- Apply using the refinery’s Establishment ID (e.g., Guwahati: EASKMC000002 for NATS, E08191800001 for NAPS).
➢ Step II: Apply on IOCL Portal
- Complete the application on www.iocrefrecruit.in by June 2, 2025 (17:00 hrs).
- Upload a color photograph and signature (jpg, ≤50 KB).
