✅ Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Age Limit:
18-30 years (born between 02/01/1995 and 01/01/2007) as on 01/01/2025. Age relaxation for H.P. Government employees as per state norms.
✔️ Educational Qualifications & Experience:
Junior Engineer (Civil): 3-year Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
Junior Lecturer (Accountancy): B.Com/M.Com with 55% marks or Chartered Accountant + 2 years teaching/practical experience in Accountancy and Book Keeping. Consistently high academic record (55%+).
Junior Lecturer (Management): MBA/Economics Master’s with 55% marks + 2 years teaching/practical experience. Desirable: M.Phil/CAIIB/PhD. Consistently high academic record (55%+).
Junior Lecturer (Cooperative Law): LLB (1st Class) or LLM with 55% marks + 2 years teaching/practice in cooperative/banking law. Consistently high academic record (55%+).
✅ Selection Process:
✔️ Online Exam (170 marks): Objective test (English: 30 marks, Reasoning: 30 marks, Quantitative Aptitude: 30 marks, Professional Knowledge: 80 marks; 140 questions, 150 minutes, bilingual except English). 0.25 negative marking per wrong answer. Minimum 50% marks required to qualify.
✔️ Interview (30 marks): Top candidates (3 times vacancies) shortlisted based on exam merit. Final merit based on total 200 marks (exam + interview); tie resolved by older age.
✔️ Document verification at interview.
✅ Application Fee:
✔️ ₹ 1000/- for General Male.
✔️ ₹ 800/- for SC/ ST/ OBC/ EWS/ BPL/ PH Male and all Female candidates.
✔️ The fee should be made through online payment mode using Net Banking, Credit / Debit Card, UPI etc.
