✅ Eligibility Criteria:
(1) Full-time Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics & Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electronics & Electrical, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication) or Master’s in Computer Application (MCA) from a recognized university/institute.
(2) Desirable: International CISO certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, CISA).
(3) Experience: Minimum 5 years as Chief Information Security Officer, preferably in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.
✅ Job Profile:
✔️ Develop and maintain Information Security Policy and Procedures.
✔️ Update policies (e.g., WFH, BYOD, Cyber Crisis Management).
✔️ Ensure compliance with IT security policies and resolve issues.
✔️ Manage incident detection, investigation, and resolution.
✔️ Conduct security awareness training and periodic drills.
✔️ Pursue legal action for security breaches (e.g., data leaks, hacking).
✔️ Analyze threats and support risk management.
✔️ Evaluate and recommend security products/features.
✔️ Monitor IT infrastructure (WAN, LAN, software assets).
✔️ Coordinate audits and ensure ISO 27001 certification.
✔️ Purchase cyber risk insurance for GIC Re.
✔️ Detailed responsibilities as per MeitY and IRDAI guidelines.

✔️ Preliminary Screening - Shortlisting based on eligibility, qualifications, experience, and application details.
✔️ Personal Interview (PI) - Shortlisted candidates will be informed of PI venue, date, and time via email. The Interview may be held at GIC Re Head Office, Mumbai, or virtually.
