✅ Age Limit:
Senior Faculty Grade I: Max 50 years.
Chief Faculty: Max 53 years.
Junior Faculty/Assistant Manager (IT): Max 35 years.
Faculty/Lab Assistant/Assistant Manager (Promotions): Max 40 years.
Senior Faculty Grade II: Max 45 years.
Assistant Manager (Student Affairs): Max 30 years.
Minimum age: 18 years for all posts.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Senior Faculty Grade I (Pattern Making/ Design Process): PhD + Master’s (Fashion Design/ Apparel Design/ Garment Manufacturing/ Textile & Clothing/ Knitwear Design/ Leather Design/ Textile Design, 55% marks) + 15 years’ experience (5 years at Senior Faculty Grade-II/Assistant Professor level).
✔️ Chief Faculty (Pattern Making): PhD + Master’s (same fields, 55% marks) + 20 years’ experience (5 years at Senior Faculty Grade-I/Associate Professor level).
✔️ Junior Faculty (Textiles/ Illustration & CAD/ Footwear): Master’s (Garment Manufacturing/ Textile & Clothing/ Textile Engineering/ Fashion Design/ Graphic Design, 55% marks) or Bachelor’s/Master’s + Diploma (Footwear Manufacturing, 55% marks) + 3 years’ experience. Desirable: PhD, hands-on software skills (Corel/ Photoshop/ Tukacad/ Illustrator for Illustration & CAD).
✔️ Faculty (Textiles/Illustration & CAD/Footwear): Same qualifications as Junior Faculty + 7 years’ experience (3.5 years specific to footwear assembly for Footwear). Desirable: PhD, software skills.
✔️ Senior Faculty Grade II (Leather Goods): Master’s/PG Diploma (Leather Design/Accessories Design/ Product Design/ Industrial Design, 55% marks) or Master’s + Bachelor’s/ Diploma (same fields, 55% marks) + 10 years’ experience (5 years specific to leather/ accessories design). Desirable: PhD, 3D design software skills.
✔️ Lab Assistant (Garment/Footwear): 8th pass + 5 years’ experience (Garment: as Assistant Masterji/ Masterji; Footwear: in sole/insole plant, toe puff/stiffener making, 6-month footwear course). Desirable: 10th pass, basic computer skills.
Assistant Manager (IT): B.Tech/ BE/ M.Sc./ MCA/ MBA (CS/IT, 55% marks) + 3 years’ experience in software/hardware deployments, servers, networking. Desirable: ERP implementation experience.
✔️Assistant Manager (Promotions & Admissions): MBA/PGDM (55% marks) + 3 years’ experience in admissions/ promotions, corporate sales, seminars. Desirable: Digital marketing/ content writing skills.
✔️ Assistant Manager (Student Affairs): Graduate (55% marks). Desirable: MBA/ PGDM, experience in student record management/ examinations.
✅ Selection Process:
✔️ Shortlisting based on eligibility and experience.
✔️ Written test and/or interview (details on FDDI website).
✔️ No TA/DA for attending selection process.
