✅ Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Age Limit:
Maximum 65 years for all categories as on 31/05/2025.
✔️ Educational Qualifications & Experience:
Non-Farm (Beekeeping): Graduate or higher degree with 5 years’ experience in beekeeping with Govt./reputed organizations, proficiency in MS Office.
Financial Inclusion: Graduate or higher degree with 5 years’ experience in financial inclusion with reputed institutions.
MIS (SJY/MJY): Graduate or higher degree with 5 years (SJY) or 2 years (MJY) experience in ultra-poor projects/development sector, MS Office proficiency, own vehicle required.
Social Development (Nursery): Graduate or higher degree with 5 years’ experience in forestry/environment, nursery management, training skills.
Social Development (VRF & Education): Graduate or higher degree with 5 years’ experience, including 2 years at state level in VRF/educational inclusion under SRLM.
Finance: Graduate or higher degree with 3 years’ experience in finance with reputed institutions.
Communication (Documentation/Media/IEC): Graduate or higher degree with 5 years’ experience in documentation, media, or IEC with reputed institutions.
✅ Selection Process:
✔️ Shortlisting (1:10 ratio) based on educational qualification (15 marks) and experience (10 marks).
✔️ Personal Interview (50 marks, minimum cut-off: UR-50%, EWS/BC/EBC-45%, SC/ST/Divyang-40%).
✅ Application Fee:
✔️ ₹500/- for UR/BC/EBC candidates.
✔️ ₹200/- for SC/ST/Divyang candidates (Bihar domicile only).
