✅ Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ IT Consultant - Technical: B.Tech (CS/IT) or MCA; certifications in Java/PHP/server admin/database a plus; 10 yrs exp. in Java Spring Boot, PHP, MySQL, server admin, REST APIs, data analytics, WordPress CMS (s3wass preferred); govt./enterprise IT exp. desirable.
✔️ Lead AI Expert: B.Tech/M.Tech (CS/IT/AI) or MCA; certifications in AI/Data Science/Accessibility; 10 yrs exp. in AI/ML, NLP, Computer Vision, WCAG compliance; exp. in disability empowerment projects preferred.
✔️ UI/UX Developer: B.Tech/M.Tech (CS/IT) or MCA; UI/UX/HCI certification; 5 yrs exp. in accessible UI/UX design, WCAG 2.1+, HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript, Figma/Adobe XD; IAAP certification a plus.
✔️ AI Accessibility Consultant: B.Tech/M.Tech (CS/IT) or MCA; IAAP certification; 5 yrs exp. in AI accessibility tools, WCAG, assistive tech (JAWS/NVDA), WordPress, s3wass; exp. in public sector/CSR projects preferred.
✔️ Assistant Manager (Plastics): B.Tech (Plastic Tech/Engg) with 55% marks; 8 yrs exp. in production/design in plastics, mould design, material selection.
✔️ Young Professional (AI): B.Tech/M.Tech (CS/IT) or MCA; knowledge of AI desirable; no exp. required.
✔️ QC Assistant (Mechanical): Diploma (Mechanical Engg); 4 yrs exp. in quality control, engineering drawings, inspection tools, ISO/BIS documentation.
