MU Ad-hoc Teacher Salary
The Ad-hoc Teacher Consolidated salary of ₹ 45,000/- per month for eligible candidates and ₹ 35,000/- (for possessing post graduate degree with B+ level) candidates only.
MU Ad-hoc Teacher Eligibility Criteria
Assistant Professor:
(1) A Master’s degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade)) in the relevant or as subject equivalent degree from an Indian /foreign university.
(2) The candidates must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC / CSIR, or a similar test accredited by the UGC, like SET or who are or have been awarded a Ph.D. Degree.
Assistant Librarian:
(1) Master‘s degree in Library Science, Information Science or Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree, with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point-
scale, wherever the grading system is followed).
(2) A consistently good academic record, with knowledge of computerization of a library.
(3) The candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) / SET or have been awarded a Ph.D. Degree.

Interested and eligible candidates are requested to apply online through University of Mumbai Ad-Hoc Teachers Online Registration Portal (muappointment-adhoc.mu.ac.in) alongwith requisite fees. The last date for registration of online applications is 18/07/2024.
After online registration, take a printout of the submitted application along with self-attested testimonial documents. Submit these (in two sets) to Academic Appointments & Quality Assurance (AAQA), University of Mumbai, Fort, Mumbai-400 032.
