Monthly Salary (Pay Scale):
✔️ Assistant Professor: ₹ 60000 - 80000/-
✔️ Associate Professor: ₹ 1,45,000/- per month
✔️ Technical Assistant: ₹ 30000 - 60000/-
Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Associate Professor: Ph.D degree in the relevant field and minimum 55% or equivalent. At least total 6 research publications in SCI journals/UGC/AICTE approved list of journals. Minimum of 8 years of experience in teaching/ research/industry out of which atleast 2 years shall be Post Ph.D. Experience.
✔️ Assistant Professor: Post Graduate in relevant branch with minimum 55% or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience.
✔️ Technical Assistant: Bachelors/Masters Degree or minimum 2 to 4 year Diploma in relevant disciplines.
✔️ IT Disciplines: M.E/M.Tech/M.Sc/MCA or Integrated M.Tech./M.Sc.M.Sc.(Maths / Stats/ CS/ IT)/MCA.
✔️ Management Discipline: Master in Commerce,MBA (General Management)/MBA(International Business)/MBA (Finance/Marketing/HR.
✔️ Design Discipline: Master’s degree or equivalent Post Graduate Diploma in a concerned / relevant /allied subject of Visual Communication / Fine Arts / Applied Arts / Architecture / Interaction Design / New Media Studies / Design Management / Ergonomics / Human Factors Engineering / Indian Craft Studies / UI UX / Fashion design / Textile design / Lifestyle accessories / Product design / cinematography and related fields of Design.
✔️ Aviation, Hospitality and Travel Management Disciplines: MBA in Aviation,Hotel Management(hospitality),Tourism. Bachelors/ Masters Degree or minimum 2 to 4 year Diploma in any one of the streams Aviation,Hotel Management and Tourism Management.
Selection Process:
✔️ The selection for faculty positions at Gujarat University will be based on an interview, which will be conducted in June 2024. Shortlisted candidates will be notified of the date and time of their interview via email.
✔️ Candidates should bring original documents at the time of the interview.
✔️ If a large number of applications are received, the university may conduct a written test to assess the applicants' practical experience and knowledge.
