JHC Assistant Salary:
The pay scale for the post of JHC Assistant/ Clerk are described as follows:-
Pay matrix Level 4 in the 7th PRC, ₹ 25500 – 81100/-
JHC Assistant Eligibility Criteria:
The Age Limit and Educational Qualification for the post of Assistant/ Clerk are described as follows:-
Age Limit:
Candidates must be between 21 and 35 years old for Unreserved & EWS categories, 37 for B.C.-I and B.C.–II, 38 for female candidates (Unreserved, EWS, B.C.-I, and B.C.-II), and 40 for S.T. and S.C. categories (both Male & Female) as of January 1, 2024. Persons with Disabilities (PwD) are eligible for an additional age relaxation of 10 years, while Ex-servicemen can avail themselves of a 5-year age relaxation.
Educational Qualifications:
(1) Graduation (Bachelor's Degree) in any discipline from a recognized University/ Institution.
(2) Computer Skills.
Other Eligibility:
(1) Candidates must be proficient in computer applications and possess sound typing skills (minimum typing speed of 20 w.p.m).
(2) Eligibility criteria for candidates applying under the Games and Sports quota are governed by the norms outlined in Sankalp No. 1709, dated 12.09.2007, by the Department of Tourism, Arts, Culture, Sports & Youth Affairs, Government of Jharkhand, for direct recruitment to Group C positions.
(3) Candidates should maintain good health, moral character, and have no involvement in criminal cases or offenses of moral turpitude.
