Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) is set to announce the Travelling Ticket Examiner (TTE) recruitment notification soon on the official website www.indianrailways.gov.in or RRB Portals. Although the exact date and time are yet to be confirmed, candidates can anticipate its release in the coming days.

Railway Travelling Ticket Examiner Job Profile - All commercial staff must:
- Be conversant with relevant rules and regulations laid down in tariffs/manuals.
- Be alert, prompt, helpful, courteous, and obliging.
- Furnish correct information or direct inquirers to the official who can help.
- Attend to the comfort of all passengers, especially women and children unaccompanied by male members.
- Maintain a close watch on the movement of traffic and suggest ways and means to promote the flow of traffic to the railways.
- Pay special attention to the general cleanliness of the platforms, refreshment rooms, waiting rooms, waiting halls, bathrooms, lavatories, etc.
- Give their names and designations without hesitation.
- Not accept or solicit gratuities.
- Not be in a state of intoxication while on duty.
- Not smoke on station platforms while on duty or in uniform.
- Report for duty on time as prescribed.
- Wear clean uniform wherever prescribed and put on distinguishing number badge, armlet, headgear where supplied, and be smart in appearance.

Railway TTE Salary:
As per 2023 trends, The salary of TTE in Indian Railways ranges between ₹ 5,200 to ₹ 20,200 /- + Grade Pay ₹ 1,900 /- during the training period After Joining + Allowances ₹ 36,000/- per month. The TTE employee also get Dearness Allowance / Provident Fund / Medical Allowance / Travelling Allowance etc.
Railway TTE Eligibility Criteria:
The eligibility criteria for the RRB TTE Vacancy, concerning educational qualifications and age limits, are outlined below:
✔️ Age Limit: Candidates must be at least 18 years old and not exceed 30 years of age. Additionally, there will be upper age relaxation of 3 years for OBC candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
✔️ Educational Qualification: Applicants must have either passed the Matriculation (10th class) or Intermediate (12th class) examination or hold a Diploma from a recognized board.

How to Apply Railway TTE Recruitment 2024:
Eligible candidates who are willing to apply for the Railway Travelling Ticket Examiner (TTE) 2024 position should submit their applications online through either one of the Railway Recruitment Board (RRBs) portals or the RRB TTE Official Online Portal (to be updated soon) starting from the opening date. Each candidate is required to submit only one online application.
Candidates must first create an account for RRB TTE 2024 using the link provided on the Official RRB Website. They must possess an active personal mobile number and a valid email ID to receive OTPs for account verification and creation. Once the account is created, candidates can log in to apply for RRB Technicians 2024 through any one of the RRB portals.
Candidates should upload scanned copies of their Color Passport Photograph, Signature, and any other required documents/certificates.
