✅ REPCO Micro Finance Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Senior Manager: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline under regular stream of education (i.e. 10+2+3 pattern). Candidates Should have worked as an officer for a minimum period of 07 years continuously in Micro Finance Institution.
✔️ Manager: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline under regular stream of education (i.e. 10+2+3 pattern). Candidates Should have worked as an officer for a minimum period of 5 years continuously in Micro Finance Institution.
✔️ Deputy Manager: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline under regular stream of education (i.e. 10+2+3 pattern). Candidates Should have worked as an officer for a minimum period of 3 years continuously in Micro Finance / Other Financial Institution.
✔️ Assistant Manager: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline under regular stream of education (i.e. 10+2+3 pattern). Preference will be given to candidates having experience in Micro Finance or any Financial Institution
✔️ Administrative Assistant: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline under regular stream of education (i.e. 10+2+3 pattern). Fresher can also apply (2022-23 pass out).
