✔️ Deputy Manager (Security): Successful completion of Pre-Commission Training Course from Central/ State Governments Institution. Minimum 06 Post Qualification relevant experience.
✔️ Deputy Manager (Production): Degree in Engineering/ Technology (Mechanical / Production) or equivalent with 60% aggregate marks. Minimum 06 Post Qualification relevant experience.
✔️ Finance Officer: Bachelor's Degree with a pass in final examination of CA/CMA from the ICAI / ICMAI (OR) Two Years Full-time MBA (Finance) with 60%
aggregate marks in qualifying examination.
✔️ Engineer (Production): Degree in Engineering/Technology (Mechanical/ Production) or equivalent with 60% aggregate marks in qualifying examination.
✔️ Engineer (Commercial): Degree in Engineering/Technology (Electrical / Electronics) or equivalent with 60% aggregate marks in qualifying examination.
✔️ Engineer (Maintenance): Degree in Engineering/ Technology or equivalent with 60% aggregate marks in qualifying examination. Candidates having Post Graduate Diploma in Material Management or its equivalent will have an added advantage.

✅ NAeL Recruitment Age Limit: Maximum 35 years for all above posts as on 15/10/2022.
✅ NAeL Recruitment Salary: ₹ 3.6 Lakh to ₹ 4.5 Lakh per annum depending upon their experience, last CTC etc.
✅ NAeL Recruitment Eligibility Criteria:✔️ HR Officer: Bachelor's Degree with PG Degree / PG Diploma / MBA /MSW/ MA with specialization in Human Resources/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations / Human Resource Development / etc. Minimum 60% of marks in aggregate in the qualifying examination. Degree in Law will be an added advantage.
✔️ Finance Officer: Bachelor's Degree with a pass in final examination of CA/CMA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India.
✔️ Engineer (IT): BE/ BTech in Computer Science or IT with 60% aggregate marks in qualifying examination.

✔️ Security Officer: Successful completion of ten months pre-Commission Training Course from the Officers' Training School, Chennai or from any other equivalent Institution under the Defence Forces or equivalent qualification.
