✅ BARC NRB Recruitment Age Limit:
Minimum 18 years and Maximum 27 years as on 31st July 2022.
Up to 30 years for OBC, Upto 32 years for SC / ST.
✅ BARC NRB Recruitment Salary / Pay Scale:
Stenographer Grade III: ₹ 25,500/- (Cell No. 1 in Level 04 of Pay Matrix) plus usual allowances as admissible in Central Government Employees.
Driver Ordinary Grade: ₹ 19,900/- (Cell No. 1 in Level 04 of Pay Matrix) plus usual allowances as admissible in Central Government Employees.
Work Assistant-A: ₹ 18,000/- (Cell No. 1 in Level 04 of Pay Matrix) plus usual allowances as admissible in Central Government Employees.
✅ BARC NRB Recruitment Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Stenographer Grade III: Matriculation (10th Standard) Pass or equivalent with minimum 50% Marks. Minimum speed of 80 words per minute in English Stenographer. Typing speed in English of 30 words per minutes.
✔️ Driver Ordinary Grade: SSC / 10th standard Pass. Possession of a valid driving licence to drive light and heavy vehicles. Knowledge of Motor Mechanism.
✔️ Work Assistant-A: Matriculation / 10th Standard (SSC) Pass.
✅ BARC NRB Recruitment Selection Process: The selection will be made strictly on the merit basis. The selection will be made through following tests:-

✔️ Stipendiary Trainee Category-II: HSC in Science stream (with Physics, Chemistry and Maths subjects) with a minimum 60% marks in aggregate (OR) SSC with a minimum 60 % marks in aggregate PLUS Trade certificate in Laboratory Assistant.
✔️ Scientific Assistant/B (Safety): Diploma in any engineering (with minimum 50% marks in aggregate) OR B.Sc. (with minimum 50% marks in aggregate) (AND) One year Diploma / Certificate in Industrial Safety.
✔️ Technician/B (Library Science): SSC (with minimum 60% marks in aggregate) OR HSC in Science stream (with Physics, Chemistry and Maths subjects) with a minimum 60% marks in aggregate. (AND) Certificate of One year duration in Library Science issued by Technical Education Board of State Government or NTC (ITI pass out) of two year duration.
