✅ Age Limit:
✔️ Maximum 29 years as on last date of online application.
✔️ Age Relaxation as per GoI Rules.
✅ Consolidated Salary: ₹ 40,000 – 1,40,000/- at the basic pay of ₹ 40,000/- (E-1 Grade)
✅ Educational Qualifications:
✔️ Executive Trainee (ET) in Finance (CA / CMA): CA / ICMA (Previously ICWA) qualified.
✔️ Executive Trainee (ET) in Finance (MBA Finance): Graduate with at least 02 years full time Post Graduate / Post Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate Program in Management with Specialization in Finance or MBA with specialization in Finance.
✔️ Executive Trainee (ET) in Human Resources: Graduates with at least 02 years full time Post Graduate Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate Program in Management with specialization HR / IR / Personnel Management of Master in Social Work or MBA in HR.
✅ Selection Process:
✔️ Online Selection Test
✔️ Personal interview
✅ Application Fee:
✔️ ₹ 300/- for General / OBC category candidates.
✔️ Nil for SC / ST / PWD / EXSM category candidates.
✔️ The fee can be made through online / offline payment mode.
