Willing officers may send their application duly filled in the prescribed proforma through Proper Channel along with 05 years Annual Performance Assessment Reports (APAR / ACR), Cadre Clearance, Vigilance Clearance Certificate and requisite certificate of major / minor penalties imposed, if any, within 60 days from the date of advertisement in Employment News paper.
