Central Sanskrit University, Delhi, invites online applications from eligible Indian nationals for the recruitment of the following Faculty (Academic) and Non-Teaching Administrative positions in the Indian Knowledge System and Encyclopaedic Dictionary of Sanskrit (IKS-EDS) Centre of CSU at Deccan College, Post Graduate and Research Institute (Deemed to be University), Yerawada, Pune (Maharashtra). These positions are for research, training, and monitoring the Sanskrit Dictionary Project, as well as for the development of the IKS encyclopedia and credit-based IKS-SWAYAM courses in various disciplines. ✅ Educational Qualifications:
✔️ Associate Professor:
(1) A good academic record, with a Ph.D. Degree in the concerned/allied/relevant disciplines of Sanskrit.
(2) A Master’s Degree or its equivalent degree in Sanskrit or its allied and relevant disciplines with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a Point Scale, wherever the grading system is followed.)
(3) Minimum 08 years of experience of teaching and/or research in the concerned/ allied/ relevant discipline.
✔️ Assistant Professor:
(1) A Master’s Degree or its equivalent in Sanskrit or its allied and relevant disciplines with 55% marks.
(2) The candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) in the concerned/ allied/ relevant discipline, conducted by the UGC or the CSIR.
✔️ Research Assistant:
(1) At least 55 % of marks in the Acharya/Post Graduate Degree or equivalent in Sanskrit.
(2) Experience of proof reading.
(3) Knowledge of Computer Application.
(4) Knowledge of Sanskrit, Hindi & English.
✔️ Section Officer:
(1) Graduate in any discipline.
(2) At least 03 years relevant experience.
(3) Proficiency in computer operation, noting and drafting.
