Equivalent speed of 100/80 wpm in English & Hindi stenography and 40/25 wpm in typewriting in English & Hindi. Working knowledge of computer. |

Essential Qualifications:
| DYC –> | Post Graduate degree in any discipline. Desirable - Minimum 03 years experience in youth activities / rural development / other social sectors including voluntary work in a reputed organization. |
| ACT –> | (1) Essential - B.Com Degree or Any Degree or equivalent qualification with 02 years experience in Accounts work, typing speed of 30 w.p.m. in English or 25 w.p.m. in Hindi and knowledge of computer application. (2) Desirable - Experience of 02 years as National Service Volunteer (NSV) / RSY or National Youth Corps (NYC) Volunteer. PG Degree of RGNIYD in various courses will be an added advantage. |
| MTS –> | (1) Essential - Matriculation or equivalent. (2) Desirable - Worked as NSV / RSY / NYC volunteer for a minimum period of 01 year. "Training in Basic and Referesher Course" in Home Guard and Civil Defense. |

Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan (NYKS) has published recruitment notification for selection of 12000 National Young Volunteers (NYVs) shall be deployed in the country. Fresh batch of meritorious young candidates apply online for NYKS Volunteers 2019 on or before 3rd March 2019.
About: National Youth Corps (NYC) is a scheme of Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India. The NYC Scheme is being implemented by NYKS.

Educational Qualification: Minimum 10th class / Matriculation Pass.
Volunteers Strength: A total of 12000 volunteers shall be deployed in the country. Two volunteers per block in 623 kendras will be deployed. However, as per the approval of MYA&S, one volunteer for every two wards will be deployed in Delhi. In Telangana, one NYV per two Mandals will be deployed. Further, 3 volunteers each in all new districts without kendras will also be deployed. Further, two volunteers for computer / documentation work are also deployed at each Kendra level.
Selection Preference:
| (1) Candidates having higher educational qualification and knowledge of computer application. |
| (2) Members of NYKS affiliated youth clubs. |
| (3) Main Points for consideration and preparatory work prior to selection. |
