Office of the Director General of Prisons and Correctional Services (HP Prisons), Shimla invites online applications from HP Employment Exchange registered candidates for the post of Warders (Male) and Warders (Female) in Himachal Pradesh Prisons and Correctional Services Department on Contract Basis. The HP Jail Warder Recruitment 2018-19 online registration will be open from 20th December 2018 and close on 20th January 2019.

Age Limit: 18 to 23 years for General, 18 to 25 years for SC (UR), 20 to 28 years for OBC (Home Guards)
Pay Scale: Fixed contractual amount @ ₹ 7810 per month (Pay Scale ₹ 5910 - 20200 + ₹ 1900 GP).
Educational Qualification: Matriculation with 12th class (10+2) Pass from a recognized board.
Selection Process: Written Examination (Objective type) and Physical Efficiency Test
Processing Fee: ₹ 150/- each post for General candidates, ₹ 40/- for SC / ST / OBC and IRDP Candidates.The fee can deposit the requisite fee through online payment gateway using Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking (OR) Offline Computer Generated Bank challan.
