Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) invites online applications for general recruitment of Panchayat Secretary (Grade-IV) in A.P. Panchayat Raj Subordinate Service 2019 for filling up total 1051 vacancies (Fresh - 1000, Carried Forward - 51). The online registration will be start from 27th December 2018 and close on 19th January 2019.

Educational Qualification: Minimum Degree in ant discipline from any university in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, State Act or a Provincial Act or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission.
Application Fee: For General and OBC category candidates are required to pay Application processing fee of ₹ 250/- and Examination fee of ₹ 80/-. There is no fee for SC, ST, PH and Ex-Servicemen. The fee should be made through online payment gateway using net banking/ credit card / debit card.
Selection Process: Screening Test (Offline) and Main Examination (Online)
How to Apply: Eligible candidates first apply for OTPR application through APPSC portal. After getting OTPR, the candidates separately apply online for this recruitment from 27th December 2018. The last date for submission of online registration is 19/01/2019.
